Individualized Education Plan (IEP)

Each child’s education plan at PCA is developed through collaborative input from our multidisciplinary team and parents. The IEP focuses on strengthening academic, cognitive, language, social, and self-help skills — empowering every child to reach their full potential.

Developing Individualized Learning Paths

Based on detailed assessments, our team designs specific educational plans aligned with international best practices and family goals.

Our Approach

Each IEP is personalized to enhance key developmental domains — academics, language, social-emotional skills, and self-help routines. The plan is co-created by psychologists, special educators, speech and occupational therapists, and parents to ensure a well-rounded intervention.

Goal Manuals & Frameworks

We use globally recognized manuals and tools to define and measure each child’s learning goals.

01

Assessment of Basic Language & Learning Skills (ABLLS)

Focuses on communication, learning readiness, and foundational language development.

02

Portage Early Education Plan (PEEP)

Guides early learning through structured goals across cognition, motor, and social skills.

03

Assessment of Functional Living Skills (AFLS)

Evaluates adaptive skills needed for independence in home, school, and community settings.

04

Vineland Adaptive Scale – II (VABS-II)

Measures progress in daily living, communication, and socialization skills to set realistic targets.

Review & Report

The Individualized Education Plan is reviewed quarterly, and progress reports are shared biannually. Each review includes measurable updates, achievements, and next-step recommendations discussed with parents to ensure transparent and continuous progress.
