Based on assessment results each child’s specific education plan is developed for strengthening academic, cognitive, language, social and self-help skills with a collaboration of multidisciplinary team and parents.
The goals are designed from manuals of:
01 Assessment of basic language and learning skills (ABLLS)
02 Portage early education plan (PEEP)
03 Assessment of functional living skills (AFLS)
04 Vineland Adaptive Scale – II (VABS-II)
Review & Report
The education plan is reviewed and revised on quarterly basis. The progress report is developed and shared biannually. The next course of action is designed in consultation with the parents.
